Amid Biosciences offers a selection of common plasmids for use in cloning experiments and applications such as protein expression and gene expression.

pUC18 is similar to pUC19, but the MCS region is reversed. pUC18 and pUC19 provide the option to clone DNA fragment generated by restriction enzymes in both orientation towards the lac promoter. Due to their small size, pUC18 and pUC19 vectors enable the successful cloning of large DNA fragments.

A dry ice surcharge is included in the shipping cost at checkout. For orders totaling over $1,000, free shipping and handling will be applied to the order.
