Use Restriction
Amid Biosciences products are for research or laboratory research use only and are not to be administered to humans or animals or used for pharmaceutical and in vitro diagnostic. Commercial uses of Amid Biosciences’ products is attainable only with written permission. Inquiries related to additional applications of Amid Biosciences' products are appreciated.
Amid Biosciences shall not be responsible for injury or damages resulting from the use or misuse of any of its products.
Persons using the products should be technically qualified (as defined in 40 C.F.R. § 720.3(ee)) and should follow the Guidelines for Research involving Recombinant DNA Molecules (N.I.H. Guidelines) as presented in the Federal Register (July 5, 1994 (59 FR 34496)).
Research Use Limited License
Subject to these terms and conditions and the specific exclusions contained herein, Customer is granted only a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, right to use the Products in accordance with the Product’s specifications for internal RESEARCH USE ONLY. Amid Biosciences LLC grants no rights to use Products in or to derive any product, substance or material from Products for use in any commercial application, including manufacturing, quality control, commercial services, in vitro diagnostic uses, ex vivo or in vivo therapeutic uses, or any type of consumption by or application to humans or animals. If you need commercial use rights in respect of the Products (including the right to perform fee-for services), please contact Amid Biosciences directly. Where your use of our product is outside the scope of the Agreement, it is solely your responsibility to acquire additional rights.
Warranties
Amid Biosciences warrants that its products will conform to the standards stated in its product specification sheets in effect at the time of shipment. Amid Biosciences will replace, free of charge, any product that is not consistent with the specifications. This warranty limits Amid Biosciences' liability only to the replacement of the product.
The stated express warranties, and the remedy provided for breach thereof, are in lieu of all other liability or obligations of Amid Biosciences for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the delivery, use, performance, or the inability to use any of its products. Amid Biosciences' maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by buyer for the product.
