pBR322 Plasmid Cloning Vector in E.coli

$ 40.00

pBR322 is a commonly used plasmid cloning vector in E. coli. This plasmid is derived from the ColE1-type plasmid pMB1 and shares the same type of replication mechanism and controls as ColE1 and relatives. The molecule is a double-stranded circular DNA (4,361 base pairs in length). pBR322 contains the genes for resistance to ampicillin and tetracycline.

pBR322 plasmid DNA (10 μg or 100 μg) is provided at 0.1 mg/ml concentration in a solution of 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) with 1 mM EDTA.
