Mutant human recombinant KRAS G12C with cysteine (C) substituted for glycine-12 (G12). Recombinant KRAS G12C protein with the C-terminal AviTag™ peptide and His-tag is produced in E. coli cells and site-specifically biotinylated at AviTag with BirA enzyme (https://amidbiosciences.com/collections/proteins/products/bira-biotin-ligase).
