MEK2 Protein, Human, Recombinant, Biotinylated
MEK2 is a dual-specificity tyrosine/threonine protein kinase found in the Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway. MEK2 is closely related to MEK1 protein.
MEK2 is encoded by MAP2K2 gene, among the seven MAP2K genes in humans.
Recombinant human MEK2 protein with the N-terminal AviTag™ peptide and His-tag is produced in E. coli cells and site-specifically biotinylated at AviTag with BirA enzyme (https://amidbiosciences.com/collections/proteins/products/bira-biotin-ligase).
