High Capacity Streptavidin Agarose Resin

Our High Capacity Streptavidin Agarose Beads consist of purified streptavidin covalently conjugated to crosslinked 4% agarose beads. Developed using a proprietary coupling procedure, the biotin-binding activity of the immobilized streptavidin is optimally preserved while minimizing ligand leaching and non-specific binding.

This premium chromatography resin is ideal for the rapid, high-yield isolation and separation of biotinylated targets, including recombinant proteins, nucleic acids, antibodies, and small ligands.
