TREM-1 Protein, Human, Biotinylated
TREM-1 (Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1) is a cell surface receptor that plays important roles in innate and adaptive immunity by amplifying inflammatory responses. The protein plays a major role in the pathophysiology of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of different etiologies including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Recombinant TREM-1 protein with the C-terminal AviTag™ peptide and His-tag is produced in E. coli cells and site-specifically biotinylated at AviTag with BirA enzyme (https://amidbiosciences.com/collections/proteins/products/bira-biotin-ligase).
