Carboxyl Coated Magnetic NanoBeads - CarboxyMag NanoBeads
Amid Biosciences’ CarboxyMag NanoBeads are produced by a modified radical polymerization of methacrylic acid on magnetite surface.
The surface of CarboxyMag NanoBeads contains terminal COOH bonds that enable the surface functionalization by offering diverse active groups including NH2, COOH, SH, N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) and epoxy for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies, DNAs, RNAs and other molecules.
CarboxyMag NanoBeads are stable in water and common buffers, and in presence of detergents.
